Forward/U 2016 was a huge success! We can’t wait for next year!

Forward/U is an annual fun and positive interactive family program designed to help teens and parents navigate today’s tough choices. This prevention program is funded by Beaver County Behavioral Health, Drug and Alcohol Program.

Together, families will participate in a variety of interactive activities designed to bridge gaps in communication. Parents will have the opportunity to explore a staged teen bedroom, filled with hidden signs of dangerous behaviors. Then, parents will hear a speaker from the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General who will discuss cyber safety for teens.

Teens will enjoy a scavenger hunt, led by college-aged mentors, filled with meaningful challenges. This teen favorite activity provides a safe opportunity for youth to open up about the many pressures they face daily.
